BioI'm a first year graduate student in Physics at The University of Texas at Austin. *gulp*!
I graduated from The University of Michigan in 2004 and hope to have my Ph.D. by 2010.
Once upon a time I was actually a music major, and I still try to keep up with it. I was a member of the University of Michigan Gilbert and Sullivan Society for 4 years, having performed lead roles in several productions, and even serving on the executive board for a year in the position of Pish Tush (Program Editor). I probably won't be doing any performing until my core classes are out of the way, alas!
Anyhow, I've started this livejournal and will hopefully keep it somewhat updated for those few people who are actually curious about what I'm doing down here in this terrible heat. ;)
